Amat jarang. Rasanya tak pernah aku menangis masa customer meeting. Tapi kali ni amat gila. N aku actually menangis bukan sebab customer. Sebab our own guy.
Aku spent one full week buat preparation untuk meeting ni. Aku stop semua keje lain. Bila org tanya aku just kata 'No, I have to complete this. I don't have time for any other things'. Sampaikan Andrea sendiri call aku personally mintak aku 'curi' one hour untuk reply email dia. Itu pun aku kata aku takde one hour nak bagi kat dia.
Dalam meeting mana yang aku pegi semua extra cost dah siap dalam tangan. Dalam meeting mana yang aku pegi dah siap approval untuk supply native file dalam tangan. Dalam meeting mana yang aku actually went through line by line and siapkan reply sebelum meeting. TAK PERNAH! Tapi for this meeting aku actually buat semua.
The customer was tough. I agree. But they are customer. Diorg tak paham macam mana kita kerja. U asked me to understand that the customer is dealing with 5 vendors. Then what about me?? How many customer do u think i have to handle for G@$C0? 23! And is that the only project? HELL NO! Aku ada 5 lagi projek lain aku kene handle. Yes. Customer tak tau. Tapi KO PATUT PAHAM!
Handling tough customer is ok. I canhandle. I have no issue. I'm fully capable of that. I've done that. Customer komplen pasal kitorg terlalu agresif? Ko tau kenapa kitorg agresif. Kalau aku bisik2 ingat customer nak dengar? Ko kata ko just nak convey the message. Ko ingat aku tak leh baca body language customer n know this by myself?
I KNEW THAT BEFORE YOU TOLD ME. BUT DON"T ACCUSE THAT I"M NOT PREPARED FOR THIS MEETING. WHO ARE YOU TO SAY SUCH THING? YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BACK US UP. KEEP THAT COMMENT WITH YOU. ABSORB IT. WE'RE ALREADY IN A STRESSFUL MEETING AND YOU WANT US TO FEEL MORE MISERABLE??!!!
Lepas ni jangan harap aku nak datang sini lagi. Jangan harap aku nak tolong close kan project ko lagi. Kalau ko panggil aku datang sini untuk say 'Yes' to everything baik tak payah. Ko boleh jumpa customer sorg2 n say that 'Yes'. Banyak lagi sales lain yang perlukan khidmat aku.
