This is actually not the first Pasar Malam in Dubai nor in Abu Dhabi.. Since I was here, at least there're 4-5 Pasar Malam already. If I remember correctly, this year only there has been 3 Pasar Malam including the one in Dubai last Friday. Just that, this might be the first that was covered by Gulf News. I remember last year, the Pasar Malam in Abu Dhabi was covered by Abu Dhabi Weekly.

In any case, Pasar Malam here is a lot more fun during winter. Coz of the cooling effect. It's relatively small cos it depends a lot on the size of Embassy's compound. And the price of the food are probably 5 times higher than those in Malaysia. Obviously... Huhu.. What to do...

This time around, the Pasar Malam was in Malaysian Consulate in Dubai. So we from Abu Dhabi drove all the way just for this.. I've never heard of those from Dubai drive to Abu Dhabi for Pasar Malam though..But the Pasar Malam in Abu Dhabi was always much more happening than this.. Aaahh.. Even those from Al-Ain also came all the way...

We arrived at the Pasar Malam around 4.30PM and stayed there until 8PM. The usual stuffs, Satay, Nasi Kerabu, Mee Goreng, Nasi Ayam, Laksam, Air Bandung, Air Mata Kucing, Cendol, Various Kuih Muih, Kicap Kipas Udang and lots more.
