Yummy Yummy Mee Goreng Mamak

Baru baru ni (ye ke baru?) Hsnl dok sebut kata dia ada jumpa mee kuning kat ADMall. Dah brapa kali aku pegi takde pun mee kuning nya. Sampai ada sekali tu pegi sekali dgn dia, still tak jumpa. Can't forget that moment though.. huhu...
Then dia pegi sendiri mee nye ada dia amik gambar. And email kt sume geng seperantauan. Gambar mee kuning tu. Kebetulan aritu aku keje kat ADMall. Dan tu jugak aku turun carik. Ada 2 bungkus! Sebungkus Lin dah book. So sebungkus for me.
Ari ni, sempena ujung minggu dan bermalasan. Cuba la buat mee goreng mamak nye.

Ayam as perencah.
Bawang merah hiris.
Sayur as the healthy part.
Mee kuning ngeh ngeh.
Cili giling - 3 sudu.
Sos tomato - 3 sudu.
Kicap - 3 sudu.
Telur.

Tumis bawang. Cili, sos tomato, kicap. Masakkan ayam. Masuk sayur keras. Masuk mee kuning. Gaul. Masuk sayur sawi atau taugeh. Gaul gaul gaul. Masuk telur. Gaul gaul gaul gaul gaul. Jadik!

Tak sempat amik gambar sebab dah ngap sume. Teruja yang teramat sangat. Over gila!

So my lunch for today was mee goreng mamak with Hazelnut white coffee.

Kicking in Action

Lama gila tak buat kickboxing ni. Used to be my favorite class in the gym. Lebih setahun jugak la tak buat. Since Ijoined Fitness First kat sini tahun ni, ada la peluang nk join the classes. Today I attended my first Kick Boxing a.k.a Body Combat class for the year (2 years kottt) despite the smug looks I got for leaving the office early.

Why I love Body Combat so much? Coz it's a fun way of exercising. U got to punch, kick, release all those stress and anger u had in u while still losing weight. Best kan? Last time I still remember when I went for my session with Bobo, he will ask me if I want to do BC when my face are all gloomy and moody. Of course I would say yes. And him being a master in martial art would quickly change up and put on the smelly glove ready to let me box him. Miss him already..

Here, the class is handled by a lady since it's a Ladies Only Fitness First (cool kan?) I was quite afraid that I won't be able to keep up with the moves as I didn't do it for more than a year. But apparently they still use the same songs.. same moves... same push up/abs exercise. I realize only one add up, which is the Pirates moves with the imaginary sword and stuff. I like it anyway...

I hope I will be able to attend the class again next week. And no more crisis at work. <= I left the office today with an unsettled task and when I go online (which is now) that guy put up a status saying his 'busy'.

p/s: the video is not what happened my class. But the moves are the same. minus the pirates of course...

Pilates

Yesterday I went to my very first Pilates Class. Yup. FIRST. Sebelum ni tak pernah buat Pilates. Yoga slalu la. And dulu slalu ingat Yoga and Pilates ni sama. So dengan konfiden nya join la Pilates class ni kat gym. Baru la makcik tau betapa bezanya Pilates and Yoga ni.

The obvious difference is that Yoga is more relaxing than Pilates coz Yoga concentrate on breathing, mind and spirit while Pilates concentrated on strengthening your muscle, control and concentration. There similarities on the poses but Pilates uses the muscle more.Yoga will 'ask' you to maintain a pose for a certain amount of time while in Pilates you need to do a lot of repetition on a certain pose. 

Results? Sakit gila muscle2 aku ok... Ari ni kat ofis dok tegak je. Tapi I want to try to keep going to the class. Mana la tau boleh dapat body cam gini ke...

BBQ Session

Sebenarnye... BBQ ni before Fujairah kottt... Dah tunggang terbalik dah posting aku ni. Muahahahahha... Takpe la ek.. Yang penting, I did captured these magical moments..
Dah lama Cik Arin dok sebut2 nak buat BBQ. Nak fit kan tarikh to suit everybody mmg susah. Especially yours truly ni. Semedang je takde kan.. Even masa process BBQ ni pun I was on the phone with my boss cuba settle kan isu travelling saya.

Tempat ni mmg dah disediakan pitch2 BBQ kat sepanjang park tu. That day was a cool day so sume pak pak arab keluar membakar. Pusing kiri, asap. Pusing kanan, asap. Belakang pun asap. Tapi sangat convenient. N they designed it so nicely that kalau pitch ni tak digunakan untuk BBQ it still tak kacau pandangan mata.

Kitorg kira mcm potluk la. Sorg bawak tools macam sudu garpu, pinggan cawan bagai. Sorg bwk ayam. Sorg bwk makanan berat. Me suppose to bawak desert. But I'm so smart. I invited my long lost cousin, Azizah. Kenapa jemput dia dikatakan smart? Sebab dia keje at a place where she can order the most delicious carrot cake ever and it's free. Smart kan?

Sampai skang terngiang ngiang kesedapan cake itew... <- mode:over nak mampos!!!

Tengah sedap makan, lepak, bersembang.... Tetiba aku rasa setitis dua air kat batang hidung. Memula ingatkan sprinkler. Tapi kalau sprinkler takkan la setitik dua je kann.. Pastu baru register, HUJAN!!!!!

Sekelip mata kami kemas barang yang maha banyak tu.

The party didn't end there my dear friends... It continued kat rumah kak long where Azizah pi balik rumah amik karaoke set. Makanya pertandingan nyanyian lagu2 omputih pun di mulakan. Pemenangnya? Lagi mau tanya???

Fujairah Trip

Yes... We just can't stop the travel leg.. huhu..
Sebenarnye the same weekend the other Malaysian group went to Beirut. They did asked me to join, which is very tempting by the way, but I decided not to.
Untuk mengubat hati yang lara, Lin, Wan, Rania, Cik Nad, Shahril and my self decided to go for a road trip to Fujairah.
Where the hell is Fujairah? It's one of the 7 Emirates of UAE towards the north. Kitorg pegi 2 kereta through Dubai, Sharjah, Masafi, Fujairah. Nice view. And we stopped by at this place later we got to know that it is the Pasar Malam that people talks about.

Macam kat Cameron Highland kan? Sejuk nya pun cm kat Cameron gak. Ada jual2 jagung bakar, buah2, karpet pun ada. huhu..

We continued the journey berpandukan Garmin ku. Sampai Fujairah lebih kurang pukul 2. Start dari Dubai pun dah kol 12 kott.. So ok la...

Kitorg stay kat a 2 bedroom service apartment. Bllh thn besar gak biliknya. Lift je yg kecik. huhu..

Since Cik Nad ada ngan kitorg of course la 'radio' lapar dia dah berbunyi kann... Based on a few recommendations on Google, kitorg berjaya mencari restoren Flinstone ni..

Dolly pun nak mamam jugak..

Price wise, murah la.. Taste wise, sedapppp.... Portion wise, puas hati... Highly recommended.

Pas lunch, kitorg mula la menjelajah Fujairah. Kecik je town dia ni. Since kat internet kata Fujairah is full of history, kitorg pun decide nak pegi muzium dia. Takde apa sangat la kat situ. 

Angin kat situ sangat kuat. Beberapa percubaan mengambil gambar all 5 of us tidak berjaya sebab kamera aku asyik jatuh ditiup angin. Yang sedih nya ia jatuh betul2 pada kiraan 9 saat. 

Petang tu jalan2 kat Corniche dia yang tak berapa boleh nak lawan AD nye Corniche. Apa boleh buat. It just a small town. Malam tu serius tak tau nak buat apa. Just lepak kat umah.

Second day was much better. Kitorg pegi melawat masjid pertama yang dibina di UAE. It's aboout 30 minutes drive from pekan Fujairah sebenarnye. The view there are magnificent.

Pas Zohor, kitorg balik Fujairah town and makan kat satu Iranian Restaurant. Setelah 3 meal kami dapat buat conclusion yang ayam kat sini sedap.

Sebelum balik AD, kitorg decide nak pegi jugak Hail Castle. Nasib baik pegi coz I think this is the highlight of Fujairah. It's actually a castle used by the Sheikh of Fujairah 150 years ago. Jalan nak masuk dia mmg ke situ je. Just trust your GPS and keep going even though it's off-road. Totally worth it.

Kat sana ada tourist guide. Dia akan explain setiap bilik yg ada dalam castle tu and akan encourage u untuk panjat segala tower dan nikmati pemandangan yang indah ciptaan Ilahi. Subhanallah!

Walaupun tak seberapa tapi I really enjoyed the trip. It's so relax and easy. Go with the flow. Takde rush2. And good view of the other side of the UAE. Next trip shall be towards the other Emirates plak. Ajman, RAK and all the way to Mussandam. Insyallah..
